A surprise directive. The new regulations will cost businesses a lot.

Up to one and a half million zlotys can cost a company to adapt to the requirements of the EU NIS2 directive. The NIS2 Directive applies primarily to medium-sized and large companies. Its introduction is associated with significant costs that are sure to surprise entrepreneurs. European Union member states have until October 18, 2024 to implement the regulations.
