ASIS Europe 2024 in Vienna – Security in Symphony

From 20–22 March 2024, ASIS Europe 2024 – From Risk to Resilience took place in Vienna, Austria, bringing together over 900 participants from 57 countries. Under the theme “Security in Symphony”, the event highlighted how an integrated approach to security – encompassing physical, cyber, and managerial aspects – supports the achievement of business objectives in international organizations.

Representing Poland at the conference was Bartosz Pastuszka, CEO of NaviRisk and a member of the ASIS Poland Chapter leadership, participating in networking sessions and panel discussions and exchanging experiences with international security leaders.

The program featured more than fifty educational sessions, workshops, and panels addressing both immediate security threats and strategic challenges such as extremism in supply chains, globalization, climate change, and cyber threats. Participants had the opportunity to share insights, learn about innovative solutions in compliance, due diligence, business partner verification, risk management, and corporate security, as well as explore the latest technologies in physical protection, monitoring, cybersecurity, and background screening.

Networking and collaboration were key components of the event, with numerous meetings, panel discussions, and exhibitor booths enabling participants to establish contacts, exchange knowledge, and identify best practices in the security industry.

ASIS Europe 2024 reaffirmed its position as a premier forum for security professionals across Europe, combining education, knowledge exchange, and the development of international professional networks.
