The event brought together business leaders, legal experts, and M&A professionals to discuss the challenges and opportunities of mergers and acquisitions, offering practical insights drawn from real-world experiences.
The seminar covered a wide range of topics – from the essentials of a successful transaction, legal considerations, and dispute resolution, to strategies for sustainable growth through acquisitions. Bartosz Pastuszka joined a panel discussion alongside other leading experts from Addnode Group AB, KRZYMOWSKI., EY, Lyvia Group, Software Mind, and IP KIOSK Intellectual Property Concepts. The panel focused on best practices in M&A, lessons learned from failures, and strategies to maximize success in international transactions.
“Participating in the seminar provided valuable perspectives on M&A processes and allowed us to exchange experiences with legal and market experts. These insights strengthen our approach at NaviRisk to risk assessment and strategic planning in international business,” says Bartosz Pastuszka.
The event also featured a live Q&A session, giving attendees the opportunity to engage directly with speakers and gain practical guidance for their own M&A projects.
NaviRisk also highlights the importance of networking and professional collaboration facilitated by the Swedish-Polish Chamber of Commerce. Upcoming events of the Chamber continue to offer opportunities for learning, knowledge exchange, and building business relationships.
