Swedish–Polish Business Summit 2025 in Stockholm
Bartosz Pastuszka, CEO of NaviRisk, took part in this year’s Swedish–Polish Business Summit in Stockholm – a high-level, closed forum bringing together government representatives and business leaders from Poland and Sweden.
The agenda focused on key areas such as security, innovation, resilience and strategic cooperation.
For businesses from both countries, the Summit opens new avenues for collaboration in renewable energy, circular-economy solutions, advanced technologies and security.
Bartosz Pastuszka presented NaviRisk’s perspective on operational security and risk management – issues increasingly central to cross-border business in the current geopolitical environment, marked by the full-scale war in Ukraine, intensified hostile intelligence activity across the region and recent sabotage incidents in Poland.
The official inauguration featured contributions from:
- Benjamin Dousa, Sweden’s Minister for International Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade;
- Andrzej Domański, CFA, Poland’s Minister of Finance and Economy;
- Maja Lundbäck, State Secretary at the Swedish Ministry of Climate and Enterprise;
- Wojciech Wrochna LL.M., Secretary of State at the Polish Ministry of Industry.
Strengthening support for Ukraine
A dedicated high-level session highlighted public- and private-sector initiatives focused on strengthening Ukraine’s resilience and supporting reconstruction efforts. A key milestone of the Summit was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between KUKE and Sweden’s export credit agency EKN, enhancing joint coordination around projects in Ukraine.
Bilateral meetings also played a significant role, including discussions between Minister Andrzej Domański, Minister Benjamin Dousa, and Sweden’s Minister of Finance Elisabeth Svantesson, further reinforcing economic cooperation between both countries.
The second part of the programme continues with bilateral meetings and site visits, enabling more targeted and strategic dialogue among participants.
Secure cooperation, strong partnerships and resilient supply chains remain essential to both national and corporate stability.
