OSINT Analyst
NaviRisk is a trusted partner in risk advisory and business security consulting for international clients. We are currently expanding our Warsaw-based Analysis Department and welcome applications from motivated OSINT Analysts.
Role overview:
As an OSINT Analyst, you will be part of a team responsible for preparing due diligence and credibility assessment reports on business entities in Poland and around the world. In this role, you will combine the responsibilities of an analyst, researcher and infobroker. Working both independently and as part of a team, you will collect information from online and offline media, databases, registers (online and physical), as well as through phone inquiries, and you will compile comprehensive reports on researched companies using all available sources.
We will expect a high standard of accuracy, quality, timeliness, and thoroughness in your work.
Key responsibilities:
- conducting risk management projects using open-source intelligence (OSINT),
- preparing reports and analyses in multiple languages; fluency in Polish and English is required (additional languages are an asset),
- assessing the reliability and quality of sources,
- drafting clear, structured and comprehensive reports and client deliverables,
- cooperating with colleagues in our international offices,
- presenting findings and conclusions to clients when required,
- monitoring regional and sector-specific economic trends,
- proactive professional development within advisory and consulting services.
Requirements:
- fluency in Polish, both written and spoken,
- advanced command of English (other languages will be an advantage),
- university degree, preferably in security studies, law, political science, international business, accounting, finance, economics or journalism,
- strong organization and time-management skills,
- excellent open-source research skills across multiple platforms and tools,
- understanding of risk, compliance-related topics and ability to communicate them clearly,
- proficiency with common IT tools (office suites, search engines, social media); knowledge of OSINT tools will be an asset,
- proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver consistent results,
- commitment to continuous learning and development,
- client-focused mindset,
- highest standards of integrity and professional ethics,
- experience in compliance, anti-fraud, due diligence, AML or related roles will be an advantage.
