CEO of NaviRisk appointed expert at the Jagiellonian University
Bartosz Pastuszka, CEO of NaviRisk, has joined the group of experts in the project “Excel lent University – Education for the Economy” (2024–2029). The initiative is implemented by the Jagiellonian University – one of the oldest and most prestigious universities in Poland – and funded by the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBR) under the FERS programme.
The project supports the transformation of the University’s educational offer to better align it with the needs of a rapidly evolving job market and the realities of digital transformation, new technologies, innovation, and artificial intelligence (AI). As part of the initiative, curricula in 30 fields of study across 13 faculties are being updated, practical components and cooperation with the business environment are being strengthened, and students and academic staff benefit from training programmes, internships, and study visits.
Particular attention has been given to the Social Media in Management degree programme. The programme is being comprehensively redesigned – from module structure and curriculum logic to the format of diploma theses – to reflect how digital ecosystems, AI-driven tools, data analytics, and reputation dynamics shape today’s business landscape. It prepares students to operate in technologically advanced, fast-moving, and high-exposure environments where strategic thinking, digital literacy, and risk awareness are essential.
Bartosz joins a team of experts with broad and diverse experience – from innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship, through finance and cybersecurity, to media and digital communication. Within this group, he contributes practical expertise gained at IBBC Group, PINKERTON | Comprehensive Risk Management, and NaviRisk, particularly in navigating complex business environments, managing operational risk, and building organisational resilience in an increasingly digital and interconnected world.
His involvement reflects NaviRisk’s broader commitment to supporting the development of future-ready competencies and bridging the gap between academia and the realities of modern business.
